Payments & Lab Tours

Payment Methods

Online payments by credit card or bank transfer are accepted.

Lab Tours

  • Yokohama National Univ. Ishii Lab — Bus starts at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 8 (bus fee included). [Limit 45, first come, first served]
  • Nagoya Univ. Kasahara Lab — Saturday, May 9, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM (tentative). [Travel individually, own expense; no limit on participants]

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: iwdp2026japan@gmail.com

  • On or before April 1, 2026 (more than 33 days prior to IWDP 2026): A full refund will be issued. No cancellation fee will apply.
  • From April 2 to April 27, 2026 (32 to 7 days prior): A cancellation fee of 80% of the registration fee will apply.
  • On or after April 28, 2026: No refund will be available.
